Ajoy is a M.B.A. & LL.B. from Patna University. He is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of valuable experience in the diverse areas of Corporate and Plant HR Management including Organisational Development, Change Management, Strategy Planning, Performance Management System, Talent Management, Talent Acquistion and Retention, Formulation of HR Policies, Systems and Procedures, Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations with large and prestigious organizations across industries verticals.
In addition, he has excellent track record of handling Green Field Project of Steel and Cement Industries.
He is adroit in assessing existing processes and accordingly designing and implementing measures aimed at enhancing progress, efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee potential as well as morale.
